We are committed to being socially responsible and have taken active steps to minimize exposure and the spread of this virus. Carle MCO is following recommendations from the CDC and Surgeon General, along with Federal and State authorities.
If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to call us at (309) 663-6461. This may be in the form of clinical visits or via our newly incorporated telehealth option. Carle MCO will handle your requests for prescription refills with our curbside pick-up.
All patients will be screened for COVID risk factors, symptoms, and fever upon arrival. Our triage team can be reached Monday through Friday from 7:30am – 5:00pm; or leave a message after hours. Medical offices – we continue to welcome your referrals. Patients picking up prescriptions, medical records, or other documents are asked to call to schedule and utilize curbside delivery.

Walk-In Clinic Open
Carle MCO’s Walk-In Ortho Care Clinic is open! The Walk-In Clinic provides immediate care for sudden orthopedic injuries such as sprains, or fractures. If you live with ongoing pain, schedule an appointment with us! The Clinic’s hours are from 8 am - 11 am and 1 pm to 5 pm Monday-Thursday, and 8 am to 11 am on Friday. Because patients are seen without an appointment, we cannot predict how long it might take a patient to be seen. We highly recommend and advise patients to call prior to arriving as one of our scheduling specialists will reserve a same-day appointment. For on-going or chronic pain, please call for a scheduled appointment with one of our dedicated providers.
